SEARCHING FOR YOUR NEW HOME IS AN EXCITING TIME IN YOUR LIFE.
Our team are here to make the process as simple and straightforward as we can for you! Following your viewing, once we have received all of your initial details, we will request payment for your holding deposit of 1 weeks rent. Upon receipt of payment the property will be secured. All our referencing checks are carried out by a 3rd party referencing company, we will oversee all of the referencing processes and if required guide you through everything once we have completed this we will request the remainder of your 5 week tenancy deposit. One of our Tenancy Co-ordinators will guide you through the referencing process, right up until your move in date.
